The average woman in the United States wakes up each morning to a myriad
of responsibilities and concerns. Are my kids learning anything in
this school? Is this neighborhood safe? What if I lose my job? What if my partner loses a job? If I switch jobs, will I lose
my health insurance? Is Social Security income enough for my parents to
keep their house and not deplete their entire savings and maybe mine/ours too? Will I be able to get contraception and/or an abortion if I so choose? Women comprise more than half of the U.S. electorate and have influenced electoral outcomes for more than 40 years. Some people seemed to have forgotten that. Well, let 'em keep right on forgettin'....
